I have spend a lot of time in making this website but people have to be aware with what kind of bussiness that they are dealing with.
When we where writing the review on booking.com we didn't want to create an atmosphere of revenge for the bill for the damage in the room. But the owners wanted to depicting us as untrustfull people. But true their reaction on our review we wanted to give a full story to defend us and certify our review.
And as a final word: our review starts with Hotel Belvedere " Disappointed " . This should be Hotel Belvedere " To Avoid "
