The owner said in her review that we are on a beach and that it is normal that there is sand and dust on the balcony. I don't think that stains are from the same category then sand and dust.
In the room we woke everyday up with dust (no sand!). My mobile was beside me and every day it was covered with dust. True the black background of my mobile it was easy to see.
Here is a picture that shows the dust: B is the piece that I have wiped with my finger and A is the untouched area. remeber that we only have spend 4 days in this hotel and that the dust is there from our arrival to our departure.
There is also a closet in the room and it was also covered with dust.
One day the cleaning of the bathroom was not done. There was hair on the floor and toothpaste in the washbin. We have mentioned it to the owner and she immediatly called the cleaning woman who apparently lived across the street. The staff came to clean it and afterwards she said in front of us to the owner that there was nothing wrong (!) that everything was clean. She also said that she didn't move anything of our stuff in the bathroom. That was not difficult because there was no place to put something in the bathroom. Like said before everything was placed on the table in the room. Again the owner has not done properly their job. If someone has something to complain about then the least she/he can do is verify the story by herself. No, the owner chose the easiest way and made a phonecall.
We have make a walk at the beach and had some drinks on a terras. During that drink we have seen the cleaning staff smoking on almost every balcony on the same morning. We didn't watched the hotel all the time but when we looked she had a sigarette. When you smoke you can't do your job offcouse.
